1. Program Overview
HireAlbania rewards Sales Managers, B2B brokers and other connectors who introduce us to new clients. You receive 10% of every net monthly invoice we issue to your referred client for the first 12 consecutive invoices.
- Commission: 10% of net invoice value
- Duration: Paid on the first 12 invoices
- Payout: SEPA transfer or PayPal in EUR
- Unlimited: Earn on multiple referrals—no cap
- Effort: You make the intro; we handle the rest
2. Commission Structure

Commission is calculated on the net amount (total minus VAT or other statutory taxes). Upsells billed within the first-year window are included.
3. Who Can Participate
- Independent sales/freelance reps, B2B brokers, consultants, HR agencies, VC or venture studios
- Must be able to receive commission payments in your jurisdiction
- Sign the Partner Agreement and follow our Code of Conduct
4. Enrollment Steps
- Apply – email info@hirealbania.com or DM “PARTNER” on LinkedIn
- Sign – we send the Partner Agreement via DocuSign
- Referral ID – receive your unique code + optional trackable link
- Starter Pack – one-pager, slide deck, rate card and case studies
5. Referral Workflow
- Warm Intro – email or LinkedIn chat copying us and quoting your Referral ID
- Discovery Call – HireAlbania qualifies the opportunity
- Proposal & Contract – you’re CC’d on pricing and agreement
- Go-live – first invoice triggers commissions
